En cada Municipio habrá un arca triclave, cómoda y bien hecha. Suministrada por el Alcalde a costa del Tesoro Municipal, para depositar los documentos relativos a las elecciones. Una de las llaves será manejada por el Presidente del Jurado Electoral, otra por uno de los miembros del mismo y la otra por el Alcalde.
