En casos en que esté en riesgo inminente la vida e integridad de una persona, el personal uniformado de la Policía Nacional, podría solicitar y exigir el apoyo de los particulares a las funciones y actividades de Policía y hacer uso inmediato de sus bienes para atender la necesidad requerida. Las personas sólo podrán excusar su apoyo cuando su vida e integridad quede en inminente riesgo.
