Los Acuerdos de la Asamblea se tomarán con el voto favorable de por lo menos cuatro del total de los representantes que asistan, con excepción de los relativos a los aumentos de capital a que se refiere el artículo 6º, a las modificaciones de los límites y plazos de los créditos señalados en el artículo 9º, literal a); y a la creación de los fondos especiales establecidos en el artículo 11, para todos los cuales se requerirá, además, que no haya voto negativo.
