Cuotas partes de bono . La entidad a la que el trabajador haya prestado servicios o a la cual haya realizado aportes emitirá y pagará un bono pensional igual a la parte proporcional del valor básico del bono frente a todos los tiempos de servicio o cotización que generaron derecho a bono Tipo E. Esta disposición no será aplicable a las empresas privadas que hayan emitido bonos Tipo A o títulos pensionales. (Decreto 876 de 1998, artículo 5)
