Aviso sobre formación de sindicatos y elección de directivas . La notificación que haga un número suficiente de trabajadores para constituirse en sindicato, o el aviso de elección de Junta Directiva, cuando no sean hechos directamente al patrono, se verificarán por conducto de un Inspector del Trabajo o del respectivo Alcalde Municipal, de acuerdo con las formalidades y el procedimiento del Decreto 2313 de 1946.
