Inicio de la ejecución de los contratos para la prestación del servicio público educativo. Los contratos para la prestación del servicio educativo de que trata este capítulo que se financien con recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones, deberán ser suscritos con anterioridad al inicio del calendario escolar definido por la entidad territorial certificada y comenzar su ejecución coincidiendo con el inicio de este. La entidad territorial certificada en educación será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las horas de duración mínimas por año lectivo.
