° Los libros a que se refiere el artículo 14 de la Ley 34 de 1973 son aquellos escritos por autores colombianos e impresos en Colombia cuya primera edición sea puesta en circulación a partir de la fecha de vigencia de dicha Ley o sea desde el 1° de febrero de 1974.
