Se entiende que la caducidad de la que trata el artículo 6 del Decreto Legislativo 772 de 2020 opera sobre las acciones de cobro con las que cuenta el acreedor dentro del proceso de liquidación judicial para obtener su pago con cargo a la masa de bienes del deudor.
