Juez Natural. Los miembros de la Fuerza Pública en servicio activo, cuando cometan delitos contemplados en este Código u otros en relación con el servicio, solo podrán ser Juzgados por Jueces y Tribunales establecidos en este Código e instituidos con anterioridad a la comisión de la conducta punible.
