El Gobierno Nacional determinará las funciones estructura y organización de la Dirección General del Menor Trabajador; el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social designará en cada División Departamental de Trabajo, un Inspector o Visitador en comisión que se encargará en forma exclusiva de promover, desarrollar, impulsar y ejecutar el programa y de prestar los servicios de atención y protección que requieran los trabajadores menores de edad en su jurisdicción.
