La pena de presidio se cumplirá en una cárcel militar o a falta de esta, en una penitenciaria bajo un régimen de aislamiento diurno y nocturno. Los condenados a esta pena deberán dedicarse durante el día a trabajos industriales o agrícolas dentro del mismo establecimiento.
