Articulo 27 . La jurisdicción coactiva para el cobro de las contribuciones de valorización, en mora total o parcial del pago, continuaran ejerciéndose por la Oficina de Ejecuciones Fiscales de la Corporación y los procesos seguirán el tramite que establece el capitulo VIII del Libro Tercero, Sección 2º, Titulo XXVII, artículos 561 y siguientes del Código de Procedimiento Civil. SECCION I Denuncia de predios y registro de direcciones.
