º Las cantidades que por el artículo anterior se destinan para composición de caminos, serán manejadas por una Junta especial, compuesta del Prefecto de la Provincia del Centro y dos miembros principales y dos suplentes de éstos, la cual residirá en la capital de la Intendencia, y será presidida por el Prefecto.
