Copia de las dos listas de que trata el Artículo 16 de la misma Ley 85, firmadas por todos los miembros del Jurado Electoral y por sus Secretarios, serán fijadas en lugares públicos del Municipio a más tardar el día 1° de diciembre del año de la instalación del Jurado Electoral, y permanecerán fijadas hasta el día 31 del mismo mes de diciembre, a fin de que los ciudadanos puedan hacer, durante el tiempo de la fijación, las reclamaciones a que haya lugar.
