Las Facultades y escuelas a que se refiere el artículo tercero, estarán dirigidas por un Consejo Directivo, y por un Decano o Director, respectivamente.
Los Institutos y Departamentos, estarán dirigidos por un Director.
En cada unidad docente habrá un Secretario que será designado por el Consejo Directivo de la respectiva unidad docente, y tendrá las funciones que le señalen el estatuto orgánico y los reglamentos.
