F. Prohibición pago doble bonificación para la asistencia familiar . En ningún caso habrá lugar al reconocimiento doble de la bonificación para la asistencia familiar. Cuando el cónyuge o compañero(a) permanente del integrante del Nivel Ejecutivo preste sus servicios en la Policía Nacional como Patrullero de Policía o miembro del Nivel Ejecutivo, la bonificación para la asistencia familiar se reconocerá

Al que reciba mayor asignación básica mensual.

Si la asignación básica fuere igual, recibirá el emolumento quien acredite mayor tiempo de servicio.
