De la junta de licitaciones o adquisiciones. La Junta de Licitaciones o Adquisiciones estará integrada por los siguientes funcionarios: - El Contralor General de la República o su delegado, quien la presidirá; - El Director General Administrativo y Financiero; - El Jefe de la División de Servicios Generales; - El Jefe de la División Financiera.

Parágrafo

Actuará como Secretario de la Junta el Jefe de la División de Servicios Generales.
