° El Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos procederá a reformar sus estatutos para reajustarlos a las disposiciones del presente Decreto, cambiando su nombre por el de Corporación de Defensa de Productos Agrícolas, y someterá la reforma a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
