º FUNDAMENTOS LEGALES . El presente Decreto se fundamenta en las siguientes disposiciones

Decretos 848, 1195 y 1295 de 1990 que regulan la vigilancia privada.

Decreto 1663 de 1979, Estatuto Nacional para el Control Comercio de Armas, Municiones, Explosivos y sus accesorios.

Decreto 1409 de 1984, adquisición y uso de vehículos automotores blindados.
