Los establecimientos oficiales de enseñanza de nivel primaria, bachillerato y media vocacional, darán prioridad para el acceso a los beneficiarios estipulados en el artículo 2° de la presente ley, que cumplan los reglamentos y proceso de admisión. Las instituciones educativas deberán informar a los Ministerios de Defensa Nacional y Educación el número de beneficiarios admitidos y que hayan terminado el estudio respectivo al final del calendario escolar.
