Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para recibir del Banco Popular, en pago parcial de la deuda contraída con el Estado en desarrollo de los Decretos legislativo números 008 y 037 de 1958, acciones de carácter privilegiado de las que el Banco emita conforme al artículo anterior, por valor de treinta millones de pesos ($30.000.00) moneda legal.
