Los exploradores y exportadores de petróleo crudo y gas libre y/o asociado y demás recursos naturales no renovables que estén obligados al pago de regalías y de las contribuciones especiales de que tratan los artículos 12, 13, 14 y 15 de la Ley 6º de 1992, el Decreto 1131 de 1992 y el artículo 24 del Decreto 1372 de 1992 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen o complemente, podrán cancelar a manera de anticipo, el valor que por tales conceptos, así como por razón del impuesto a la renta, se pueda causar en vigencias futuras.
