Art. 4.º Las recompensas antedichas se dividen en dos clases distintas: una que consiste en la entrega de una cantidad fija por una sola vez; y otra que consiste en una pensión ó renta mensual que se pagará al acreedor por el tiempo que esta Ley determina.
