Para Los Fines De La Defensa Nacional Las Autoridades Competentes Podrán Disponer La Requisición O La Ocupación, Según El Caso De Bienes Y Servicios, Salvo Los Protegidos Por Inmunidad Diplomática

Para los fines de la defensa nacional las autoridades competentes podrán disponer la requisición o la ocupación, según el caso de bienes y servicios, salvo los protegidos por inmunidad diplomática.

Parágrafo

Toda requisición y ocupación dan derecho a indemnización. Terminada la emergencia se restituirán los bienes ocupados
