En casos especiales de perjuicio para la economía nacional y para la industria, el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social podrá autorizar que se pague en dinero hasta la mitad de las vacaciones anuales a que tienen derecho los empleados y obreros, de acuerdo con la ley.
