Si en concepto del Presidente del Tribunal o del profesional instructor, el contenido de la denuncia permite establecer la presunción de violación de normas de carácter penal, civil o administrativo, simultáneamente con la instrucción del proceso disciplinario, los hechos se pondrán en conocimiento de la autoridad competente.
