Además de los recursos de que trata el artículo anterior, a la carretera Troncal de Occidente en el trayecto indicado y posteriormente a la rectificación, ampliación y pavimentación del sector de Antioquia, se aplicarán los fondos ordinarios y extraordinarios que se destinen para esa carretera en los Presupuestos Nacionales del presente año, y de próximas vigencias.
