Cuando se requiera testimonio de un ministro o agente diplomático de nación extranjera acreditado en Colombia o de una persona de su comitiva o familia se le remitirá al embajador o agente respectivo, por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, nota suplicatoria para que si lo tiene a bien concurra a declarar o permita que la persona solicitada lo haga, o acceda a rendirlo en sus dependencias.
