Art. 18. El Pagador, teniendo en cuenta los incisos 5º y 7º del artículo 2º de la Ley, al pagar un sueldo gravado descontará precisamente la cuota del Monte-pío y la remitirá mensualmente al Tesorero del Establecimiento. El empleado a quien se pague dará recibo al Pagador por todo el sueldo, inclusive el descuento que se le haga.
