Artículo primero . Créase un Comité encargado de revisar el informe rendido por la Comisión de Educación Agricola Superior en Colombia, con el objeto de que haga al Gobierno las recomendaciones concretas que se desprendan de éste, y presente en forma adecuada los proyectos que pudieran someterse a los organismos internacionales de crédito y a las fundaciones de carácter educativo.
