La Tuberculosis Y Los Consumidores De Sustancias Psicoactivas

Ley 2616 de 2026 · Por medio de la cual se establece una política pública de salud y protección social a favor de las personas afectadas por la tuberculosis (TB) y se dictan otras disposiciones.

La atención primaria realizada por las entidades territoriales, reconocerá en el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y su abordaje un factor de riesgo, predictor tanto en el desarrollo de la tuberculosis, como en la falta de adherencia al tratamiento aplicado a personas diagnosticadas y consumidoras de sustancias psicoactivas para lo cual desarrollará las acciones necesarias a nivel sectorial e intersectorial para el abordaje y control de esta problemática.
