Para los efectos de esta Ley, los establecimientos que se encuentren en el caso del Artículo 5º deberán dar antes del 1º de enero próximo noticia de su existencia y carácter a la Administración General del ramo, acompañando certificado del Jefe de la respectiva Oficina Telegráfica, sobre la respetabilidad y moralidad del instituto y la seriedad de los estudios que se hacen en él.
