Deróganse la ley 120 de 30 de Diciembre de 1892, por la cual se reforma la 96 de 1890, sobre creación del Montepío Militar, y los artículos 4.°, 5.°, 6.°, 7.°, 8.°, 11 y 16, y los ordinales 5.° 6.° y 7.° del artículo 2.° de la Ley 96 de 1890 ya citada. Queda reformado el artículo 12 de esa misma Ley.
