º. Actualización de inventarios. El Fondo actualizara los inventarios de los bienes fiscales que se hallen al servicio de las oficinas judiciales, del Ministerio Público o de los establecimientos carcelarios. Esta actualización se hará conforme a los reglamentos que sobre el particular expida la Junta Directiva y para su efectiva realización se podrá condicionar la entrega de los bienes de dotación al envío de los inventarios debidamente revisados.
