La violación de cualquiera de los deberes indicados en el artículo precedente, así como el empleo de los bienes o de los productos de ellos o de su enajenación, en provecho propio o de otra persona, y el retardo en su entrega, darán lugar a multa entre quinientos y cinco mil pesos, favor de la Caja Nacional de Previsión, impuesta por el mismo Juez, mediante articulación, sin perjuicio de las restantes sanciones e indemnizaciones a que hubiere lugar.
