El Gobierno procederá a construír un edificio en la ciudad de Bogotá, que sea adecuado para la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Nacional. Queda autorizado el mismo Gobierno para comprar el terreno en que haya de construírse el edificio, y para hacer los gastos que éste exigiere; pero será entendido que se procederá en todo oyendo el concepto del Consejo Directivo de dicha Facultad.
