Artículo único. El ejemplar desprendible de la serie B de la cédula de ciudadanía que debe enviarse a la Oficina Nacional de Identificación Electoral únicamente Deberá la firma autógrafa del Secretario del respectivo Jurado Electoral, quien escribirá en los renglones respectivos los nombres del Presidente y Vicepresidente que hubieren autorizado la cédula. Queda en los anteriores términos adicionado el artículo 1° del Decreto 1978 de 1934.
