C . RETIRO POR INHABILIDAD. El Uniformado que haya sido sancionado disciplinariamente tres (03) o más veces en los últimos cinco (05) años, por faltas graves o leves dolosas o por ambas, las cuales se encuentren ejecutoriadas, será retirado del servicio activo y no podrá volver SI pertenecer a la Policía Nacional lo anterior, en el marco de la inhabilidad prevista por la Ley disciplinaria.
