A efecto de que la labor y las obras que corresponden al Fondo de Fomento Municipal, al, Instituto de Crédito Territorial y a cualquiera otra institución de actividades similares obedezcan a un plan armónico de orden sanitario y a objetivos de campañas contra enfermedades que puedan eliminarse por razón de esas obras, dichas, instituciones tendrán en cuenta las indicaciones que a este respecto formule el Ministerio de Higiene al cual someterán previamente los proyectos que preparen o realicen.
