º. Saneamiento de retenciones no efectuadas por municipios. Los municipios quedarán exonerados del pago de las retenciones no practicadas hasta el año de 1994, debiendo la Administración correspondiente efectuar los ajustes contables a que haya lugar. Para tal efecto, el Alcalde debe informar a la Administración los valores objeto del Saneamiento.
