Cupo máximo anual de CERT aprobado por el CONFIS . Los CERT se otorgarán anualmente por las exportaciones realizadas durante el respectivo año fiscal, y el monto total no podrá superar el cupo máximo anual aprobado por el Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal (Confis) para cada año. En el caso de que la solicitud de reconocimiento del CERT sea presentada en el año siguiente al que se realizó la operación de exportación, el CERT deberá reconocerse con cargo al año fiscal en el cual se realizó la exportación.
