Autorizase a las Asociaciones Mutualistas de Ahorro y Préstamo para aceptar las retenciones periódicas previstas en los artículos 152 y concordantes del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, hasta un treinta por ciento (30%) mensual del salario, con destino a la amortización de obligaciones hipotecarias a favor de las mismas Asociaciones.
