Afiliación mediante agremiaciones. Quienes se afilien voluntariamente al sistema, podrán hacerlo en forma individual o mediante agremiaciones o asociaciones, que tengan personería jurídica vigente. Dichas asociaciones o agremiaciones podrán vincular masivamente a sus asociados a una administradora. En todo caso, el afiliado será responsable del pago de las cotizaciones y podrá cambiar de régimen o de administradora, de manera individual, aunque la selección inicial se haya efectuado a través de una agremiación o asociación.
