Caución. El Ministerio de Defensa establecerá la caución que considere conveniente antes de que el Oficial o Suboficial inicie los estudios a que se refiere el Artículo anterior, la cual podrá ser descontada de la asignación de retiro o pensión o prestaciones unitarias correspondientes.
