º Inspección ocular . Una vez surtida la publicación de la solicitud de adjudicación, el Jefe de la Comisión decretará la práctica de una diligencia de inspección ocular al predio con el fin de establecer los hechos materia del procedimiento, diligencia a la cual se citará el Agente del Ministerio Público, al Inspector de Recursos Naturales, si lo hubiere, y los respectivos colindantes.
