La Nación cooperará con la suma de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00) para los gastos de construcción del Jardín Botánico "José Celestino.Mutis'', según los planos estudiados y aprobados por la Junta Directiva del mismo Jardín. Esta suma será pagada en tres contados así: el cincuenta por ciento (50%) en el ejercicio fiscal de 1963; veinticinco por ciento (25%) en el ejercicio fiscal de 1964, y el veinticinco por ciento restante en el de 1965.
