Decreto 1561 de 2022 · por el cual se modifica la Sección 6 del Capítulo 1 del Título 1 de la Parte 6 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1070 de 2015 y se fijan las tarifas mínimas para el cobro de los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada prestados por las empresas y/o cooperativas de vigilancia y seguridad privada.

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2.6.1.1.6.5. del Decreto 1070 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Para el sector residencial de los estratos 4, 5, y 6, la tarifa mínima será el equivalente a 9,06 smmlv a partir del 15 de julio del año 2023, 9,14 smmlv a partir del 15 de julio del año 2024, 9,29 smmlv a partir del 15 de julio del año 2025, y 9,32 smmlv a partir del 15 de julio del año 2026; más un 10% de administración y supervisión”.
