Las oficinas que hubieren sido suprimidas con anterioridad al Decreto número 888 citado, pero que se encuentren incluidas en aquél sin que con posterioridad se haya dictado providencia alguna en contrario, se entenderá que han sido restablecidas y deberá procederse de acuerdo con los mandatos prescritos para tales casos.
