A las resoluciones que se expidan en desarrollo del artículo 95 de la Ley 388 de 1997 se aplicará lo dispuesto por el artículo 4° del Decreto 2158 de 1995, siempre y cuando para la identificación de los inmuebles se acuda a los planos prediales, catastrales a los que se refiere el Decreto 2157 de 1995.
