º . Quórum . La Asamblea General del Cones no podrá deliberar sin la presencia de, por lo menos, una cuarta parte de sus miembros. Las decisiones de la Asamblea se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mitad más uno de los miembros que integran el Cones. En el evento de no alcanzarse quórum decisorio en la segunda reunión consecutiva, éste será, para la misma, la mitad más uno de los miembros presentes.
